CalWORKS

Supportive Services

Child Care:

The Fullerton College CalWORKs Program provides child care funds for students who are in the process of transitioning to County funded child care services, and for students who may not have access to child care funded services.  Child care is provided by the on-campus child care center and via off-campus providers using a voucher system.

Supportive Services from the County Department of Social Services:

CalWORKs students are entitled to supportive services (child care, transportation assistance in the form of a bus pass or mileage reimbursement, and books) through Ancillary Funds made available through the County.  In addition, the Fullerton College CalWORKs Program has emergency funds available for students who do not have access to their Ancillary Funds.  Our Program provides emergency assistance with bus passes, parking permits, books and required supplies.
